edit: if you're on this page, don't wait: buy this album. you will not regret it. Drug Fear into DoE is one of the most compelling song combos in punk history, both lyrically and instrumentally Favorite track: DELUSION OF ENLIGHTENMENT.

BLACK SITE 02:44
Dereliction of duty, aggravated assault Enhanced interrogation, just another day on the job Anything that works, you say, to keep the country clean and safe Strung up by your legs to die when freedom is at stake Stress kills millions in the USA So do stress positions in a fucking cage For every bill that’s signed with safety in its name A person disappears into a place like Abu Ghraib Black site prisons don’t build themselves It takes contract labor to fill the cells Prisons staffed by private crews Hired by the government with nothing to lose Fuck Guantanamo, with no exceptions To think that we are free is a misconception Burnt on both ends, we carry out the duty To torture and interrogate, to engineer our enemy
2.
The U.S. military sells enlistment like a product Strategically placing recruitment offices near schools in poor neighborhoods Convincing kids it’s a way to pay the bills Go to college—help their families The military is another form of prison, slavery You lose your identity Replaced by blind loyalty They break down your self worth Into a set of codes A uniform collective of empty shells Told to protect but their purpose is to kill Never-mind the morality of war This system is meant to protect the property and resources of a colonial corporatocracy Whose freedom is protected under martial law?

So glad we killed the despot leaders we funded and trained But can you really blame the “terrorists” for taking revenge? A century of destruction The battlefields of the “cold” war That kind of constant desolation of a community Is bound to breed resentment They don’t hate our freedom They hate our government For murdering their families and friends So when you say you serve your country Which interests do you serve? Do you think the wounded warrior project would exist If the government cared about you? How can we believe they protect their citizens When they don’t even protect their veterans?

Seeping blood through electronic signatures Making note of every drop A document of each pulse Pumping into the database Dusting for 9 number fingerprints There is no registration My progress is logged Choices are not made Decisions are derived The algorithm determines

What nets the most profit All else is incidental Each life is sacrificial Cash is king when its on a hard-drive All his subjects dispensible No party lines defined Above a certain income Red and blue washed out by green

DRUG FEAR 04:23
Manhandled from birth The dregs of society comprise the majority Contained and harvested Like fish in a hatchery Kept down by conflicting ideology Sedated by the fantasy—
Hard work brings success Attempts to circumvent Are met with prison sentences Untaxed drug sales Could cost a lifetime While “white collar” criminals Just pay a fine If it were a public health crisis Addicts would be patients, not prisoners But these laws aren’t made for you They’re made for the protection of profits and property, not people Drug addictions an affliction Poverty’s a cause not a symptom Intentionally orchestrated With redlines and infrastructure Tools used to divide and decline The correlation to county lines by design They spin it black vs white Rich vs poor Cop vs criminal Red vs blue When the only real divide Is rule vs ruled These conditions are engineered To maintain poverty and create fear To keep control over the masses They want us sedated on our asses While they make money off of suffering Through the “justice” system and legislation Make illegal what they can’t tax And selling poison just to make a profit Make it addict vs citizen Right vs wrong Anything to make us see Our friends as enemies Manhandled from birth The ruling class form our paths Work and contribute Or break the law become enslaved

Drug addiction is an affliction, criminalized to make money of the cartels, to put more prisoners to work, more for-profit prisons instead of funding for rehab, these people are humans not monsters, suffering an ailment like cancer or Alzheimer’s, physical dependency isn’t a choice, overprescribed painkillers pushed by big companies infect communities but nobody cares, Government and corporations create poverty, poverty creates addiction and crime, criminals and addicts become dehumanized by design, this isn’t a decision or lifestyle, or a path to choose, this is a system made intentionally to produce profit through suffering, gaining support by dehumanizing our peers, your fear is a tool they use to divide and conquer.

The concept of truancy is societal control State mandated standard curriculum Learn to take orders Complete mindless tasks Conditioned to give up Eight hours of every five days Don’t want you to look up and see there’s no point Till it’s too late, you have no choice This system exists to make you a slave Turn your freewill into a fucking game School, college, job, no time to complain Its not for you Public schools Aren’t for education Its a method of submission And racist division It starts the cycle of inequality Pulled up by the bootstraps of concrete shoes The federal mafia collects its dues
6.
POSSESSION 03:17
Deeper and deeper Your flesh sinks Sanity divided  In a world without allegiance Blood.... Soil... Flesh... Fear... You trust the commands As they arise Satisfy the urge  “Protect what is mine” To sow a seed of doubt Deep within your mind A poisoning ff your reality Seeps between your eyes Between your eyes  Welcome to your new world The “illusion” of unity dies Doubt pierces the veil Your life Crucible of terror
7.
FTP II 02:31
The biggest gangs in the world are all police PNC, SARS, NYPD…. They terrorize the masses to protect property Destroy the thin blue line or no ones free “Every city, every town, burn the precincts to the ground” They maintain austerity with impunity And mass media glorifies these occupying armies Truncheons, guns and helicopters all to keep you in fear Sound canons and robot dogs all to keep you in fear They terrorize the masses to protect property Abolish the Police or no one can be free
8.
GREEN PIECE 02:19
The destruction of the human race is inevitable If not by our own doing then by nature So why do we pretend to care When there's little we do to actually stop it? Nuclear arsenals serve no purpose Than to eradicate all life pollution sterilizes the planet While we deplete its resources Deforestation to coal, now rare earth elements So i can play scrabble on my phone? We’re steadily killing of all life Directly and by proxy Drop the illusion a difference can be made These events were put in motion Plastics are poison Each city is a slaughterhouse The end of humans is not only inevitable but arguably ethical Our disregard for our planet is idiotic Our disrespect of each other is cruel We’re a species of self centered morons Too clever for our own good Aim our barrels away from each other And point them at ourselves At least then the intention will match the result
9.
Capital comes  Into the world Dripping  From head to toe From every pore With blood, and dirt There is no hope within this system For Peace on Earth Remake the earth into a vampire’s feast Exploitation leaves all life writhing in need You squeeze more value from a world of caged beasts The degradation of all that grows Broken Bodies Barren Soil This world was not made for endless toil Rent, profit, accumulation The vampires’ dream No space is afforded For dignity Violence breeds value Value breeds violence But peace is free
